Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds Policy:

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after the cancellation of an order by For prepaid orders made via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment account. In the case of Cash-on-Delivery orders, a refund cheque will be issued to the bank account under the “Billing Name” provided during order placement, or an NEFT transfer will be attempted. Please note that Cash-on-Delivery and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Replacement / Return Policy by

Returns are accepted within 7 days, except for the following conditions:

  1. Perishable products.
  2. Gift Certificates.
  3. Items that have been used or opened.
  4. Items not returned in the condition received.
  5. Items received in a damaged condition.
  6. Items sourced or delivered outside India.

We ensure the quality of delivered items, but in rare instances of damage during transit, manufacturing defects, or incorrect deliveries, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Requests for replacement/return must be made within the stipulated time frame. No returns or replacements are allowed after order processing, except for the specified reasons.

To initiate a replacement, email your Order Number and the Reason for returning to us. After receiving confirmation for the return, send the item back. We are not responsible for items sent without confirmation.

Our Return Policy:

  1. Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and must not fall under the specified conditions.
  2. No extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items.
  3. Our logistics partners attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the customer will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.
  4. Customers canceling after shipping will be charged for shipping.
  5. Perishable or custom-made non-perishable items are not eligible for return or replacement.

Goods Unavailability or Service Problem:

  1. Alternatives will be offered if the item for replacement is unavailable, with the final choice resting with the customer.
  2. A 100% refund will be given if the product is unavailable or cannot be shipped on time.
  3. Outside service areas, a 100% refund will be issued for couriered products.

Shipping Returned Merchandise:

In most cases, we arrange return pickups with our courier partners. However, when not facilitated by us, we recommend shipping returned items via courier or insured parcel post for tracking. is not liable for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. Shipping or insurance costs are non-refundable.

Items Damaged in Shipping:

Products damaged upon receipt can be returned if reported within 24 hours. We require an image of the damaged product for approval to identify the cause (courier or packaging issue). Opened food items are non-returnable.
